I've had a passion for sports and competition my entire life, which ultimately led me to become a massage therapist over a decade ago.
About a year into practice, I realized I wanted to offer more to help my clients reach their wellness goals. That’s when I became both a personal trainer and a fascial stretch therapist.
I found that combining manual therapy with strength training created better outcomes than either approach alone. This blend helps clients return to peak performance faster and more sustainably.
